Falken tyres are good - at the high end level.
dun get the 345/525, 512,325 type road tyres... they are cheep, and good for the road only and for sedate drivers, like auntie and uncle...
452 is their 'flagship' street tyre. I dun think they are 'track ready' but they shud be able to handle we all this type of 'track'... just like the Potenza G3...
I'd used their Falken RT615... they are 'semi-slick' street legal track ready tyres... quite comfortable, and definitely interesting to drive on track... some compared it to the AD07... i find the AD07 not nearly as confidence inspiring as the 615, although I spun out on the 615 but not on the Ad07... (maybe kia si leow)
Wear rate on the RT615 is pretty high tho... 35,000 km already botak leow... and i mean SMOOTH haha... you seen the pics... so some drive 20,000 km a year... the tyres shud last 1.5 years... for me, it lasted 35,000 km, in 6 months... hee... rule of thumb, most street tyres shud last at least 50,000 km...
My next tyre thinking of trying out the RE001... only because of the sizing... 205/55/15... this shud be interesting...
else if i get 195/55/15 can go for RE01R or R1R or R888 leow...
keep on R lai R ke... hehehe... R corner...
