Hi there,

New to this forum. Still learning my stuff about Civic. Will like to know the Civic 1.7 VTI-S is under ES what version. Kind of lost.

Also, does mods for the 1.6 versions applicable to the 1.7 version? ie strut bar, rims etc.

Will be browsing around for more info as well.

Pls excuse me if my questions seems "bo liao".

OR you can ask them here.

someone will always have an answer or suggestion for you.

your ES is version 1. or ES1 as it is a 1.7 litre engined Civic wif a sunroof.

all the parts in the ES 1 and 5 and 8 are interchangable. what fits and ES 5 or 8 will normally fit an ES1.

Rims are same, the bolt pattern is 4(lugs) x 100 (mm in diameter of the 4 lugs) and the offset (this is the distance between the hub and the outside line of the car) is 42mm.

in short (PCD is 4x100, offset is 42)

any rim that has this configuration will fit the ES.

offset of 37-41 still acceptable but may need some spacer to adjust. PCD is exact. nothing else will fit.

more details best explained face to face... join us if you can.
