Hope your engine mount problem has been solved. Claimed warrenty?

Yes...solved on the same day... din wanna wait! Pay about 100plus to change... parts from TS..ZZZ

Just curious, how you know your engine mount got problem?
Violent virbation during idling? Or others?

Hmm, i feel tat my car seems to vibrate alot during idling... but apparently after changing the mounts, the problem dun seems to go off... i noticed the car vibrate more when the air-con fan cuts in...

I din noe that engine mounts crack, i saw it when the car is removing the parts to change the timing belt... i spotted the crack b4 the mechanic sees it.

I was advise by xtrader to change all my engine mount before my warranty ends. He showed me that if the vibration during the initial crank start has much violent movement means that the mounting is gone.

I'm unsure if km will allow me to demand a change of all 4 engine mount .... No haiz...

Hmmm, interesting again... If KM can change for you, i m more den happy for u... n i will use your reference n tell Wong! Wah, I tot u told me u nv change all the engine mounts before for any honda es civic during warranty except for the engine mount near the extractor?

Anyway, try asking for it Robin, no harm as the engine mounts are expensive. Acestar told me KM even change the air-con thermostat and compressor for him. How come i have such unfair treatment?

sigh....

my engine vibrates more seriously at idle... until got rattling sound from under the hood...

but hor... when driving at 110kmh or more, the vibration is soothing to hand... and talks to me via the steering wheel... it's a great feeling...

and sad for fuel consumption ... drive so fast will be higher fuel consumption and dangerous... so many speed traps nowadays...

sigh sigh....

I'm pretty sure km will not allow me to change. No company will entertain someone, who walks in and kpkp and change things for free.... Anyway, my vibration is not that serious, just pretty mild to my own personal feeling. If need to change than change at my preferred WS loh. Don't want a waste trip to km and get nothing Laughing

Who has get free things from km? List them and the items out! Sometimes, can't believe everything lah albino
