Met a similar van earlier this year when I stopped at a traffic light in the Chinatown area. Used the same pressure tactic of wanting to unload excess stocks quickly before they had to return to the office. Hoping that we would fall prey due to our eagerness to get a good deal.

I am sad to see that this "sales strategy" is still being used. The fact that it is still being used means that they had successfully unloaded some of the "excess stocks" on the unsuspecting public.
