HID's or Projector (angel eyes)

Hey peeps!
Need opinions on the installation of the mentioned. Maybe some of you can give me your experience with either HID or Projectors.

Have 8K HID on my fogs now, and normal cheapo blue bulbs on my Headlgts. If upgrade to 8K HID's H4's its just a no brainer.

But wondering if I should go fr the projector lamps instead. Have been offered the duel eye projectors and wondering if the are worth getting.
Questions I hope you learnered ones can answer:
1. What is the bulb size for projectors or it depends on make?
2. Duel projectors are bright or not?
3. Want to buy those philips bulbs for the projectors but not too sure to go for what type. Wondering whats the diff with the diamonds and the crystal vision and do they have 8k, at least to match my fogs?

projector angel eye uses H3 and is not as bright as conventional HIDs.

Yurp... found out yesterday actaully... now undecided to go for brightness or looks...
