MEGA Event - Photoshoot April 2007

Mega ES Track Day project is shelved - our Malaysian bros can't make it. Track on our own at Sepang date is confirmed: Wednesday 11 April 2007. This date set by Sepang not in our control - it's their OPEN Track Day. Track will be opened 1pm to 5pm.


Photoshoot will be in Singapore on Sunday 29 April 2007 10.00 am at Bayshore Golf Course/Range Car Park. Be punctual. Car arrangement from 10.30am, Shoot at 11.00 am... No one is paying $$$ so no one will wait for you if you are late.

Getting there: Via Tanjong Rhu Road - go all the way into the 'roundabout, and on till the end *new road - not on street directories yet except 'latest' edition.

We have connected with Team ES Malaysia and will organise a photoshoot at Sepang in April 2007 (it will be a Sunday) at around 11 am so you can drive up on Sunday morning if you cannot go up on Saturday to shop at KL first.

It's the first Team ES Singapore and Team ES Malaysia photoshoot cum meetup cum trackday.

Pls make an effort to go support this event, at least go for photoshoot if your car not going for track... it will be exclusive to ES for RM$300 per car, limited to 45 cars max. I hope to see at least 18 ES from Singapore going up to track.


To pay for the exclusive use of track, you need to commit RM$300 (SGD$131) to a specially set up joint account for transparancy and auditing. All extra money after this event will be accounted, audited and returned to you. all this extra admin thanks to JudeTan... or whatever his name is now... it shud be quite bulletproof yet simple.

I can't make it on the week from 13th - 16th April.

No worries... will be end april if not early may.

mid april is formula 1 racing at Sepang... no way for us to go track la... safe.

in a recent email exchange with bro MWTang, it has become obvious that the Mega Event is no more...

I will be returning all deposits to ES Brothers in Mid April 2007. I will sms each one as I make the transfer then.

No one is sadder than me that this project failed to take off.

As a consolation, we will be organising trips up to Sepang on their Open Track days, the nearest one on April 11. Price per car is RM$150 to drive on track. Those interested, can join in - we are driving up in the morning and coming back same evening. This one no need to organise advance payment. and date is confirmed. time track opens is 1pm, closes at 4 or 5.

There should be one open track day in May as well... keep a lookout for announcement.

We will go ahead to do a local photoshoot on April 29 as scheduled, but in Singapore, announcement will be made as to where we will do this - soon.
