That means the screw is damaged. Should have ways to get the screw out. May require more time to do that. Perhaps you can get yourself another screw instead of changing the whole air-box

They tighten too tight liao, so the bottom plastic airbox on the screw parts is crack. when wan to change filter, u keep turning open oso cant open.
