erm... Brembo Max is a 'normal' rotor replacement... NO improvement unless you insist slots are an improvement.

Brembo Sports is indeed an 'upgrade'

Let you see mine at meetup...

So you would have gotten a high carbon rotor and a higher than standard spec brake pad.

without improving the rest of your brake system, i.e. brake hoses to stainless steel type, and brake fluid to high performance type (dot4/600 standard) your brakes will still fade due to overheating brake fluid if you use the brakes repeatedly over a short distance in high speed to low speed moderation..

none of the above will actually 'decrease stopping distance' significantly. it's the resistance to brake fade that we are talking about here, and the improved feel during hard moderation of speed that really matters in this upgrade.

just my 2 cents' worth as usual.

thanks for your reply. this has been my adjustments made and i felt that the braking has improved by around 35%. the only catch is that there tends to be a lot of dust on my rims. but anyway, where can i get the stainless steel brake hoses to install?

Go to Gary's Engr $158 I believe with installtn, I got with top up of brake fluid. I think the brand is pro rs. quite good rsponds now. My butt feel was the brake has more spring to it and is very very quick on the brakes now. Just my 2 cents Embarassed Razz

Btw, I saw a bunch of ES'es on TPE earlier and saw a black es with red stickers very nicely done. A red lighted ES looked quite beng but nice. There was a black es with ek spoiler that was way too cool and a similar matelic or gray es same look damn chio, the best part both had carbon bonet. Whoa sey I was amazed!!! Quite funny also saw another white es that had a look alike renault sticker combi. alien alien alien

I was in my cousins benz when all of you passed. Was it you and the es gang?????? affraidconfused affraid confused

Price for Pro RS SSBH at Gary is $158 is for front & back but w/o installation... installation prices ranging from $40 to $80 depending on your preferred workshop.

There was a long convoy for yesterday ES meetup... a total of 11 cars from WCM to Yishun Dam. Hehe.
