| yes, i heard of it. read from last week TODAY newspaper. ODEX is a company in SG tat brings in anime. the boss got the authorised letter (from police or court, forget) that he can get ip address from starhub and singnet. if i remember correctly, 1000+ starhub ip address were surrendered to him.
purpose, to warn and fine the ip owners for download anime illegally. | |
