KM Sucks BIG TIME!

I hesitated awhile before posting my case here, but decided to share after all.

Was talking DaDude and Roy about my ride vibrating more than usual... onli when the air-con compressor cuts in. Being suffering in weeks in silence becoz my workshop tells me to change the engine mounts although cant find the engine mounts faulty... So i cant convince myself to change, went to KM to seek a second advise.

Went to KM ubi, left car in the early morning ard 8.30am.. received call at 5.30pm to collect the car. So i asked wat they have done, the service SE tell me nothing wrong, vibration is normal becoz ur car is 3 yrs old? Cant expect your car not to vibrate? So i asked if anything needs to be changed, but the answer is no. They do not have any solutions to me. I have to bear with the vibration tat is causing numbness to me.

Stunt n frustrated tat w/o car for the whole day, they din do anything at the end.

So reach KM at 6pm and quarrelled with the service SE, couldnt handle me and divert me into the workshop with 2 service engineers... i request them to change the engine mounts for the air filter box n tranmission side, (becoz i have replaced the extractor 1 n the power steering 1) and they refuse. Say they checked n no problem. Bring me to another ES, show me vibration on the other car is normal but cannot convince me the vibration is exactly the same or worse than mine.

In the end, they blame it on my car mods, lowering springs... exhaust silicon mounts, operated exhaust, etc. (lolx, they cant tell the diff between stock n operated! Mine was stock..) What a laughing stock, i challenged them to change the engine mounts n if it was not due to the engine mounts, i m willing to pay for it. KM suggested i change back everything to stock den come back again for checks n warranty claim if possible.

Wat a joke! In the end left KM without doing anything. Next day went to my workshop and change the engine mount for the air filter box side 1... n guess what? Problem solved... Price S$ 68.00 for the mount excluding labour... upon removing the mount, checked n found tat the engine mount is unbalance n worn out, become odd shape liao.

If any bros have encounter this problem, perhaps can check ur engine mounts... it may help to resolve. Just sharing!

Forget to add, they keep highlighting... they never change all the 4 engine mounts for an es before... so it also means nobody change before and no need to change!

Fuck KM lah... Fucking lousy SE's and even more Fucked up service crew.
Simple fucking mounting can't even detect... CCB, Honda needs to seriously consider changing their agent in singapore...!

Frankly, i doubt we can do much... seems like i m the only guy tat cant seems to claim anything from KM! I already reached a stage tat fuck KM service ppl also no use... they cant even tell a diff bet operated exhaust n stock exhaust? Some more wanna challenge me say cfm my exhaust is operated 1... Haiz i got nothing to say... pay money n do outside! Cheap n good!

If u read my posts before.. u will understand tat i dun mind paying so long as problem can be solved but apparently they cant find where is the fault n blame it on something else. Even Wong also use the phrase, tat no 1 change before... Seriously, i wonder u guys claim tat change tis n tat n claim warranty.. frankly how many of u went thru, or maybe u guys actually pay alot more liao as in few Ks.. so Wong have to service u guys properly.. To me comes back down to Dollars N Cents! To my personal opinion, Wong sucks BIG Time as well! Aint no diff from the rest of the SEs...
